What do you wish you could do more every day?

I wish I meditated more regularly. Once, I really achieved continuity, but now my meditation plan looks like this: I meditate regularly for 3-7 days in a row, and then I take a break. I wish I could return to continuous practice because it is really beneficial for my mental and emotional state, as well as for spiritual development.
I also wish I meditated longer, up to one hour each day. In most cases, I do it only about 20-30 minutes long.
